The Simply Orthodontics Preferred Savings Plan is a great option for patients who want the added assurance of knowing their new smile will remain firmly in place. For just $45 per month when financed (for 24 months), you can receive your retainer, five years of retainer checks, a post-treatment take-home whitening kit (ages 16 and older), the option of clear or metal braces and replacement retainers as needed (limited to three sets per year for five years).
